அதுகளா அவர்கள்?

எட்டாம் நம்பர் வீட்டில் ஜீநோ வளர்கிறான்
அவனை நாய் என்று சொன்னால் கோபம் வரும் எஜமானருக்கு.
வாரம் மூன்று முறை ஷாம்பு குளியல்,
மாலை வேளைகளில் காற்று வாங்கும் சிறு நடை,
சைவம் அவனுக்கு சரி வராது;
எலும்பைச் சுற்றி இரண்டு விரற்கடை சதையோடு விருந்துதான் தினமும்
வெளியே வாழும் அன்வருக்கும் ராணிக்கும் எலும்பின் மிச்சமே கனவு!
மழைக்கும் வெயிலுக்கும் கோணியே கூரை,
படித்த புத்தகங்கள் எடைக்கு போக
படிப்பும் அப்பனோடு பாடையில் போச்சு...
எப்போதாவது எட்டிப் பார்க்கும் ஜீநோ,
அவர்கள் வாழ்வில் இன்னுமொரு பொறாமைப் பொருள் !
விசிறி எறியப்படும் எலும்பை ஒட்டியிருக்கும் ஒற்றை பருக்கைக்காக கை நீட்ட
காவலன் வந்து அதுகளை தள்ளிக் கொண்டு போனான்...
ஆடை, அலங்காரம், ஆண்டவன் எல்லாம் கிடக்கட்டும்
அத்தியாவசியமாய் அவர்களுக்கு உணவு மட்டுமாவது கிடைக்குமா?
ஏழை இந்தியாவை உலகுக்கு காட்டவாவது
பாவம் அதுகள் உயிர் பிழைத்து கொள்ளட்டும்...

To be heard and not to be!!!

My past haunts me,the future is just a dream of an extra penny, while your pet could have the extra bone ,I wail in vain for a slice of bread!!

I do not know when the class of have's and havenot's emerged.

But we have reached! a civilization where I wonder,if moon is just a neighbourhood away what do my brethren get to eat there!!!

Let me know how could we bridge this gap between the fortunate you and less fortunate we!!
I heard there are brilliant engineers around.

If poverty and starvation open the gateways to terrorist tutelages,then its high time we woke up, to the unheard woe behind the gunshot and stop it there before we hear the shrieking cry of the victim.

We belong to the fortunate class of people who are thankful to God for a lot many things.We owe it to him.We are blessed!!!While we eat at posh restaurants,there are people dying for a course of meal.While we complain about a slightly burnt dosa,there are people who haven't touched a morsel of rice for two days.

Its is difficult to feed the needy daily...but we can offer them a hearty meal for a single day.
